Basset Hound Rescue League is in need of foster homes. The average length of time for fostering a dog is 2 months. If you are interested, click on the button below to access the adoption form. Please print the form, hand print "FOSTER" at the top of the form and print your responses clearly on the form. Mail or fax the completed form to BHRL.

Some people would like to help a specific rescued dog, but they are not in a position where they can adopt, foster or volunteer to help. In this case, sponsoring an animal will allow you to provide funding to help care for one of the dogs. Many times there are cases where an otherwise very adoptable dog with significant health issues must be rehomed. The costs of specific surgery or treatment or equipment (such as a K-9 cart) is well beyond the normal costs associated with rescuing a healthy dog. If you would like to sponsor one of the rescued dogs, please contact BHRL for information.
